一、申请材料：
    1、申请人的有效护照及签证的原件和复印件；
    2、境外人员临时住宿登记证明原件和复印件（饭店住宿证明或派出所临时户口凭单）；
    3、二寸正面免冠白底彩色照片1张；
    4、如有接待单位，须提供接待单位公函(注明申请人基本情况、申请事由、申请内容、申请期限)、接待单位营业执照副本及组织机构代码证复印件；无接待单位的，须提供能够保证在华生活费用的经济证明原件和复印件（如现钞、旅行支票、汇票单据、现金卡、回程机票等，每天按100美元计算）；
    5、填写《外国人签证、居留许可申请审批表》；
    6、公安机关认为有必要提交的其他材料。
    二、办证时限：材料递交齐全，5个工作日内办结。

L Visa For Tourists
    I.Documents required：
    1.Valid passport and visa （copy included）；
    2.Registration receipt of lodging from hotel or local police station（copy included）；
    3.One recently taken 2-inch full-face color photograph（the background should be white）；
    4.Tourists who have been invited should submit the official letter from the host unit（copy of the business license and the registration certificate of the enterprise or representative office are also required）； those who have not been invited should submit financial affidavit for living expense in China（at US＄100 per day）；
    5.ompleted “Visa or Residence Permit Application Form”；
    6.Others if necessary.
