1. in charge of overall schedule and daily work of Westlake Expo;
2. to deal with project declarations of Westlake Expo; to instruct and supervise the proceedings of Westlake Expo projects;
3. to raise fund for the expo and manage the fees, capital and investment of the expo;
4. undertake daily affairs of Westlake Expo organizing committee and coordinate between the committee and other administrative departments;
5. to investigate and establish developing plan for the city's exhibition industry; to draw up regional regulations concerning with exhibition industry as consigned; to undertake detailed proceedings of the holding of important conferences and exhibitions;
6. to instruct and coordinate the city's important conferences and exhibition affairs; to organize the external exchange and cooperation of the exhibition industry;
7. to undertake any other works consigned by municipal party committee, municipal government and Westlake Expo committee; | |
