Main Duty: |

1. to carry out the national principles and policies of archives work and manage the city's archives administration;
2. To carry out"Archives Law","Implementing measure of archives law"and"Zhejiang Implementing measure of archives law", to draw up regional regulations related to archives work as consigned, and establish municipal archives work system and documents, to punish archives violations.
3. to supervise the archives work of city departments, civil organizations, city enterprises and regional archives bureaus according to the principle of“overall leading and level management”;
4. to populize electronic file archive management system and the situation of collection, keeping and utilization of departments;
5. to concentrate the file datas of the municipal departments and to protect and manage the files with modern measures;
6. to be in charge of very important archives and meaningful archives datas;
7. to explore archive information resource and edit historical datas in order to provide service for the city's economic and social developments;
8. to organize and instruct scientific research into archives science and push scientific and modern construction of archive management;
9. set up archives staff team construction plan and organize professional trainings;
10. to undertake any other business consigned by municipal party committee and municipal government; | |
