Name of Unit:		Hangzhou Meteorological Administration
Main Duty:		1. To formulate develop plan of meteorological enterprise of the  administrative division, and to organize implementation of the plan; to instruct and manage meteorological activity of the district. 2. be responsible for the meteorological monitor network work management of the district, and protect the meteorological survey environment; to manage the release work of commonweal weather broadcast, calamity weather alarm, agricultural weather report, city environmental weather broadcast and other professional weather report of this area; to come up with timely meteorological calamity recovery measures, make evaluation of important meteorological calamity and to provide with decision-making clues for the government to organize measures of weather calmity recovery. 3. to set up man effected weather plan and organize the implementation of the plan under the instruction of people government; to organize thunder defendant work; 4. to forward advices to the government and superior departments about the exploration and application project of the climate resources; and to prove the feasibility of the climate resource utilizing projects; 5. to be in charge of the promotion and implementation of the meteorological regulations and punish those cases which violate related laws; 6. to mange the administrative affairs of meteorological departments; to strengthen Spiritual civilization construction and thought political work of the meteorological departments; 7. to undertake any other business consigned by Zhejiang Meteorological Bureau and municipal governmet;
