Main Duty:		The city inquiry bureau if one of the municipal government office management Organizations, in the service accept the municipal party committee office, the municipal government office instruction. In supposes the organization to set up the office, to manage the letter place(city people to suggest collects office), meets visiting department, mayor public telephone accepting department, inspection department, the synthesis investigation and comprehensive research department. Main Duty: 1. to deal with letters and visits of the citizens to the governments and undertake the affairs consigned by the government; to transfer the affairs to the district, county offices and inspect the implementations; 2. to deal with major letters and visiting issues to mediate between the people and the government on related issues; 3. to handle the affairs raised by the citizens in the city service hotline and transfer the affairs to other departments; 4. to investigate into , study and analyze the work situation of the mayor hotline and letters and visiting ; to give timely suggestions and information to the municipal party committee and government; 5. to instruct the city public hotline work and conclude experiences and give advices on improving related work; 6. organize training to related staff, and the instruct the office automatic construction; 7. to undertake any other issued consigned by municipal party committee and government;
