1. to carry out national policies and regulations on prices; to carry out the price revolution and adjusting plan issued by superior department and price administrative department;
2. to draw up regional rules of laws and regulations on price management as consigned and organize implementation; to draw out the city's plan on price and charge revolution and organize implementation; to organize price hearing conferences;
3. to balance to city prices; to supervise the price management of all other departments; and to coordinate between departments, industries and districts; to supervise the industry self-discipline work; provide wit h price information service; to instruct price authentication, cost survey, cost inspection and price research;
4. to manage and supervise the market prices and to correct and instruct the operators'pricing activities; to stop the price monopoly, the price cheat, the low dumping price and other behavior; to clean the random charging activities;
5. to adjust the prices of commodities within popedom including the prices of industrial and agricultural products, real estate, medicine and medical service, monopoly commodities, important public service, agency service and others; to set up standard price level of administrative charges jointly with other departments;
6. to confirm a gross level of price of the city and organize implementation; to manage the price of government storage commodities; to implement the management of price adjusting fund ; to inspect, analyze and forecast the drastical changes of the prices;
7. inspect the price level of the city and punish all kinds of violations of prices; to instruct and coordinate regional price inspection; deal with disputes on prices; to organize implementation of price label of commodies;
8. to inspect and manage social price evaluating organizations; and standardize the activities of price agency organizations;
9. to organize trainings to price system staff and price management staff; to instruct the work of price association;
10. to undertake any other business consigned by municipal government and municipal developing plan committee; | |
