Farmers With Low Income Will Be Helped to Start Their Own Business

The reporter learned from related department of Zhejiang provincial government yesterday that our province will carry out the financial service and support campaign to help farmers with low income(under 2500 yuan per capita income) to start their own business.

According to the plan, the credit guarantee system in the countryside will be established fully to support bank loan with low interest to farmers with low income to develop the agriculture, household industry and leisure travel projects, making sure that the growth of bank loan in less developed area not lower than the average level of the whole province.

By 2012, bank loan system with low interest for the poverty alleviation will be established completely in less developed area of Zhejiang province, when 5 villages of each county or district will have the fund helping organizations to meet the demands of farmers with low income to develop their own business.(Hangzhou Daily)
